U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday pledged to support Israel and the Jewish people, RIA Novosti reports.

“As president of the U.S., I will always stand with the Jewish people. The United States will always stand with great partner – the state of Israel,” he said, speaking at the U.S. Congress building during the ceremony of Holocaust Remembrance Day.
