Defense Minister of Artsakh, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan, who is also the commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, held a command conference on Thursday.

The deputy commanders, heads of departments and headquarter staff took part in the consultation, the press-service of the Armenian Defense Ministry informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.

During the conference complex issues of common army significance and the future actions were discussed. The minister gave relevant orders and instructions.
