Tatul Harutyunyan, 19, who got shot by the enemy in Artsakh on April 17, is still in a critical condition, said RA Defense Minister's Spokesman Hovhannisyan to NEWS.am. Harutyunyan was taken to from the hospital of Stepanakert to the Armenian Defense Clinical Military Hospital.
As reported earlier, Tatul Harutyunyan got injured on April 17, due to the Azerbaijani shooting at about 18: 20 at the military units located in the northern part.
