NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced NATO's plans to increase defense spending.
NATO will continue to seek increasing of spending to 2% of GDP, this figure will not be changed, RIA Novosti reported.
According to Stoltenberg, they are not going to discuss the changes of obligations at the NATO summit on May 25, they will remain at the level of 2014.
