YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan appointed a prime minister on Thursday.
In accordance with Article 55(4) of the amendments to the Armenian Constitution, the President decided to appoint Karen Karapetyan the prime minister of Armenia.
Earlier, the Armenian Government resigned at the inaugural session of the Armenian National Assembly of sixth calling.
