YEREVAN. - The Armenian Government approved the procedure for holding electronic state procurement auctions at the Cabinet session on Thursday.

According to acting Minister of Finance of Armenia, Vardan Aramyan, it will be allowed to acquire large amount of goods and services through electronic auction. The electronic format will increase the effectiveness of the procedure and reduce the corruption risks.
