The Manchester Arena blast was a suicide bombing, British Prime Minister Theresa May told reporters following the results of an emergency COBRA meeting Tuesday morning in response to the attack at an Ariana Grande concert held at Manchester Arena, RIA Novosti reported.
The PM noted that the terrorist acted alone, adding that the man activated the explosive device near one of exits from the arena.
