YEREVAN. – Schools in Armenia on Friday celebrate Last Bell, which heralds the end of school year for graduating students (PHOTOS).

This year, the Grade 9 classes of the country’s primary schools have 29,642 graduates, and the Grade 12 classes of the high and secondary schools have 19,618 graduates. 

The final as well as the university entrance exams will be held from June 2 to 23.

The Last Bell is a tradition coming from the ex-Soviet times. This day is celebrated in a variety of countries, and numerous respective events are organized.
