Law enforcers of Ukraine's Kharkiv region have exposed a scheme of an illegal movement of people across the state border. National Police Department detained criminal gang members who were trying to help three illegal immigrants cross the border, SQ reported.
The criminal plan was implemented by four citizens aged from 26 up to 57. Generally, their “clients” were citizens of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Men were well familiar with order of crossing the state border, as well as the order and rules of stay of foreigners in the territory of Ukraine.
