YEREVAN. – The storm that hit Moscow on Monday will not penetrate into Armenia.

Gagik Surenyan, Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring State Service Meteorological Center, stated the aforementioned at a press conference on Wednesday.

“There is a belief in our society [in Armenia] that the climatic conditions of Moscow penetrate into Armenia,” Surenyan noted. “I want to comfort [you] and say that this isn’t so.

“That [storm]front [that hit Moscow] (…) already has reached Siberia. We have no concern at this moment that this stormfront could reach Armenia.”
