YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Vice PrimeMinister, Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms of Armenia Vache Gabrielyan and Minister of Communications and Information Technologies of Iran Mahmoud Vaesi met on June 2 within the framework of the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg.
The sides discussed the Armenian-Iranian cooperation within the framework of regional cooperation, as well as a number of issues related to the negotiations on trade liberalization between the Eurasian Economic Union and Iran.
Within the framework of the forum, Vache Gabrielyan also met with Chief Executive Officer of the World Bank Kristalina Georgieva. They discussed implementation of joint projects as well as cooperation on regional programs.
