According to the 2017 working plan of the defense ministers of CIS member states, the methodological assembly of the Coordinating Committee on Ensuring Secure Flights of CIS Member States Aviation was held at the Administrative Complex of the Armenian Defense Ministry on Tuesday.

The event was attended by the representatives of the CIS Council of Defense Ministers.

The participants of the methodological assembly were informed about the current state of the flights of the CIS member states armed forces aviation and got familiarized with the modern concepts and approaches to the system of ensuring the security of the flights of the leading states.

Head of the Aviation Flight Security Service-Head of Department of Russian armed forces, Sergey Baynetov, was elected Chairman of the Coordinating Committee.
