On November 25, the Armenian delegation headed by Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan will leave for Deir ez Zor.

Parliamentarians laid a wreath at the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims, RA parliamentary press service informed NEWS.am. Speaker and MPs also visited the Genocide museum and left notes in the memory book. The delegation members also held a meeting with the representatives of the local Armenian community.

Each year on April 24 Armenians spread all over the world gather at the memorials to the Armenian Genocide victims, while Deir ez Zor has become the holy place for daily visits, he said.

Today the delegation will return to Yerevan.
