Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on Sunday arrived in Qatar, on a short working visit.

In capital city Doha, Nalbandian met with Sheik Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, the Qatari Minister for Foreign Affairs.

First, the Armenian FM handed to his Qatari counterpart President Serzh Sargsyan’s message to Qatar Emir Sheik Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.

The interlocutors discussed the course of implementation of the agreements which Armenian President and the Qatari emir had reached during Sargsyan’s visit to Qatar, and exchanged views on cooperation.

Also, they conferred on the latest developments in the Middle East, especially regarding Qatar and the Persian Gulf. In this connection, FM Nalbandian stressed that all matters need to be resolved through discourse.
