MOSCOW. – All those who were injured in the passenger van, which on Sunday collided with a truck in Tula Oblast (province) of Russia, and en route from Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan to Moscow, are Armenians.  

The embassy of Armenia in Moscow informed the aforementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

All nine injured are hospitalized in Russia.

The embassy staff are heading for the hospitals to see the injured.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, one person has died in the crash. He is Otar Nasirov (born in 1961), a Russian citizen who is an ethnic Georgian.

Aida Hakobyan (born in 1983), Roza Geghamyan  (born in 2005), Karlen Geghamyan (born in 2002), Valeria Stepanyan, Norayr Davtyan, Romik Nikoghosyan, Hrayr Gyurjyan, Svetlana Kaldaryan, and Tina Musoyan are hospitalized.
