Construction of apartments will soon kick off in Karabakh’s Talish village, which was shelled and almost entirely devastated during the April confrontation last April.

Minister of Urban Development of Karabakh on Monday discussed with the staff of the Capital Construction Department a number of issues on the restoration and reconstruction of the shelled apartments.

The local administration building and ceremony hall are currently under construction. The projects of the new apartments and school are already ready. Their bases will be laid after the land work is over.
