The Azerbaijani side should understand that their logic on the Karabakh issue is not working, senior consultant at CM&Partners company Arthur Martirosyan said on Wednesday during a videoconference on “Attempt to constrain war? Emphasis of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs' statement."

According to him, armistice agreement does not mean that the war was over.

“To change the situation, Azerbaijan should understand that the policy pursued by the country has exhausted itself. We can cause them serious damage and show that we have an alternative,” Martirosyan noted.

As he noted,  the Armenian sides need to change their strategy during talks, as it is necessary in order to make the opposite side realize the current strategy can cost them too much, up to losing more territories.
