The Pentagon has allowed a gay soldier Nathaniel Boehme to wear a military uniform while   participating in a gay parade in Seattle, RIA Novosti reported quoting the local  media.

Boehme is a member of the Air National Guard. 

According to the soldier, he cried with joy when he received the permission needed to march in the parade.
