Armenian businessman Vachik Abgaryan, who was wounded on Tuesday morning in Moscow, died in hospital. 

Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to head of the Moscow General Department of the Russian Investigative Committee, informed about the above-said to RIA Novosti news agency of Russia. 

According to the source, Abgaryan had ties with construction business.

It was reported that the Armenian man was wounded in a house at 8:10am, presumably from a firearm.

In Ivanova’s words, he was found with a gunshot wound on his chest. 

Even though Vachik Abgaryan was rushed to hospital, his life could not be saved.  

An investigation is underway.

A gun was found near his body.
