A tragic incident occurred Monday in Yeghegnadzor, Armenia.  

At around 11։50pm, the police received a call from the Yeghegnadzor town hospital, informing that a woman, who had set herself on fire, was brought to the hospital.

According to, police and investigators found out that this woman is Yeghegnadzor resident Susanna H., 65. 

She had attempted to commit suicide by setting herself on fire by dousing herself with gasoline. But she had sustained burns and was rushed to the aforesaid medical facility.   

Doctors told the police and investigators that the woman is physically unable to explain why she had resorted to this course of action.
