Moscow court bailiffs are again going to arrest notorious streetracer and malicious ''non-payer'' of fines Mara Bagdasaryan, as per her attorney, David Kelumaria, Gazeta reports.

''This is an outrageous situation by Savelovsky district court bailiffs towards my client. Currently, they are again going to detain Mara Bagdasaryan and take her to the judicial district. The leadership and workers of Zhilishnik State Institution have absolutely no complaints against Bagdasaryan. She fulfills conscientiously all the obligations imposed on her by the court.''

Earlier, Mara Bagdasaryan, who was sentenced to 600 hours of compulsory community service for the failure to pay various fines, was about to be arrested for absence without leave. On June 26, the girl was detained for repeated violations of labor discipline when carrying out correctional labor. According to the agency representative, on June 9 Bagdasaryan left the workplace earlier than needed. In fact, it was recorded that Bagdasaryan repeatedly left Zhilishnik before the end of the working day.

However, the court returned the administrative case materials to the bailiffs. According to the spokesperson for Savelovsky district court Konstantin Timoshenko, the materials were returned in connection with the incompleteness of the submitted information. Kemularia told Gazeta.ru that Bagdasaryan missed her work only once.

''She was detained for working for an hour less. Mara had a stomach ache and thus left to buy medicines and when she returned the state institution was closed,'' he said.
