The citizens of Philippines, who sing the country's anthem not fervently enough, may be fined. Under the new bill, which has been approved by the House of Representatives, everyone should sing the national anthem of the country and with great fervor. Those who fail to do this may face nearly $2,000 fine, Life reports, citing Inquirer.

All the citizens should spring to attention facing the flag or the conductor when performing the anthem. Exclusions should be made only for those who cannot sing due to their religious convictions, but even they have to think at that moment.
