As long as Azerbaijan does not fulfill its international obligations under the tripartite ceasefire agreements in 1994 and 1995 and refuses to implement the agreements reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits, the Azerbaijani leadership will bear all accountability for the consequences of its provocations.

The Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, on Monday stated the abovementioned at the news conference after the 9th Meeting of the Eastern Partnership Informal Ministerial Dialogue, in the Moldovan  capital city of Chișinău.

“The representatives of Azerbaijan (…) are again making provocative statements,” Nalbandian added. “Security in our region continues to be jeopardized in the context of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, due to the threats of using force that are always made from Azerbaijan.”
