YEREVAN. – One who thinks that Iskander has moral or psychological meaning , he does not quite understand what Iskander missile system is, President Serzh Sargsyan said during a program on Armenia TV, adding that learning it one will understand the destructive power of that weapon.
Speaking about the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, Sargsyan noted: “I have reportedly said, now I repeat, number one and the most reliable guaranty is to have own armed forces.”
According to the President, Karabakh people’s right to self-determination is envisaged by charter of international organizations.
“This principle should be realized,” Sargsyan said.
