YEREVAN. – Armenian citizens were affected in the stabbing in Hurghada, Armenian Foreign Ministry said on Twitter.

According to Armenian embassy in Egypt, two Armenian citizens were affected in the incident in Hurghada.

As reported earlier, two Ukrainian tourists were killed and four other foreigners were wounded by an attacker with a knife at an Egyptian Red Sea holiday resort.

Egypt’s internal ministry said the attacker was arrested. Two citizens of Ukraine, one of Russia, three citizens of Serbia are among the wounded.
