YEREVAN. – The body of a 81-year-old woman who fell into Debed River was found in Tavush province.
The body of Roza Vermishyan was found several dozen kilometers far from the place where she fell into the river, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reported.
Residents of the city of Vanadzor, 56-year-old Seda Vardanyan and her 81-year-old mother, crossed the river to work in their garden on Monday.
When coming back, 81-year-old woman slipped and fell into the water. The woman tried to help her mother and bring her out of the water, but the river flow was too fast.
