STEPANAKERT. – Several construction companies are already carrying out active restoration in various parts of Talish village of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR).
Tigran Abrahamyan, adviser to the NKR President, wrote about the aforesaid on his Facebook page.
“This village, which once had rich traditions and important significance, is ‘standing up,’” he also wrote, and posted several respective photos.
