Lebanon’s army said they had arrested a man suspected of having links to the Islamic State and planning a terrorist attack against its troops, Reuters reported.

The statement says the suspect has been surveiling the house of one of the soldiers.

According to the authorities, the national of Lebanon was plotting a series of blasts on the military positions and the territory of villages in Lebanon’s north.
