Russian federal security service said they prevented a terrorist attack on the first school day.
Two natives of Central Asia plotting terror attacks at places of mass congestion on September 1 have been detained, TASS reported. One of them planned an attack with blade weapons, another plotted a suicide bomb attack, the security service said.
One of them is a member of Islamic State.
