YEREVAN.- Turkish president Erdogan will hardly individually decide to start war against Kurds, Turkish journalist and publicist Ali Bayramoglu told reporters on Thursday in Yerevan.
According to him, there are too many difficulties and contradictions in the Middle East, so that one leader, even with such ambitions as Erdogan has, can hardly unravel the Gordian knots alone.
