STEPANAKERT. – A Karabakh army soldier was killed in shelling by Azerbaijani side on Thursday.
Serviceman of Karabakh Army Seyran Sargsyan (born in 1998) was killed in the southeastern direction of the line of contact between the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan, Karabakh army said in a statement.
An investigation is underway.
The NKR Defense Ministry shares the grief of the loss and extends its support to the soldiers’ family members, relatives and fellow servicemen.
