The Turkish General Staff has announced the start of the operation in Syria's Idlib.
According to the statement posted by Turkish armed forces, reconnaissance activities are underway.
The operation is underway according to the agreement on creating a de-escalation zone in Idlib, which was reached during the Astana meeting, the statement said.
