Neither of candidates for the president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) obtained the majority of votes.
The candidates are Stella Kyriakides from Cyprus and Emanuelis Zingeris from Lithuania.
PACE delegates will hold another ballot on the second day of the autumn session on October 9.
