Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries is held in Sochi, Russia.
Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), informed about the above-said on her Facebook page.
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian also is attending this event.
“Ukraine has sent its the most constructive representative; it’s a sign,” Zakharova wrote, in addition.
