The narrow-format meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Heads of State has kicked off Wednesday in Sochi, Russia.
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who has arrived in Russia on a working visit, is also taking part in this talk.

A meeting in an extended format will be convened after this talk.
