A suicide bomb explosion ripped through a mosque in the western side of Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Friday evening, causing casualties, witnesses said.
The blast occurred when dozens of worshippers were offering evening prayers at about 5:40 p.m. local time in a Shiite mosque named Imam-e-Zaman in Dasht-e-Barchi locality, Police District 13 of the city, Xinhua reported.
