Negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterprat kicked off in narrow format in Sochi, RIA Novosti reported. 

After the conversation of the leaders, there will take place the meeting in expanded format  and then the heads of state are expected to hold joint press conferance.

Turkish Foreign MinisterMevlut Cavusoglu,  Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Hulusi Akar, head of Turkey's National Intelligence Organization Hakan Fidan will also take part in negotiations.
