An unknown person opened a fire on passers-by near the port of Nice, the police cordoned off an area, Nice Matin reported.
The police cordoned off block near Boulevard Lech Walesa. The operation also takes place in other region of the city.
The cause of the incident was a quarrel within the neighborhood. The police reported that special forces had already entered the apartment on Boulevard Louis Braille, but it was empty.
