A North Carolina woman won the lottery twice on Sunday. The woman won $10,000 with one scratch-off ticket and $1 million with another on Sunday, Time reported.
Michelle Shuffler bought a ticket at a grocery store in Lenoir, N.C. and won $10,000. Then, Michelle Shuffler bought another Million Dollar Fever ticket and won the $1 million.
The woman chose to receive the $1 million in annual payments of $50,000.
Shuffler plans to use the money for retirement and for her children's college education.
