The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the fight against terrorism have become an example of absolute cooperation between the United States and Russia.

Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group former Co-Chair of the US, former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan, former US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, and Director of the Tallinn-based International Centre for Defence Studies, Matthew Bryza, told the aforementioned to RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

In his view, significant changes have been made now, as compared with eight to nine years ago. As per Bryza, at present, the positive moments of Washington’s cooperation with Moscow are not viewed in principle as end in itself. But he expressed a belief that this will pass.
