Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan responded to reporters’ questions regarding his talk with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.

With respect to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Erdoğan said as far as he could see, Putin was not very hopeful regarding a resolution to this matter.

“He is in despair due to the stance of the parties [to this conflict],” the Turkish president noted, reported TGRT Haber (News) of Turkey. “That’s what I saw [during the talk].”
