The murder, which had taken place on December 28 of the year past in the Shirak Province of Armenia, has been solved, and a charge has been filed against the victim’s cousin.

According to the respective indictment, Hunan, being under the influence of alcohol, had argued with his cousin in Jrarat village, and over making offensive remarks toward his sister-in-law. During the argument, Hunan had hit his cousin several times and negligently caused his death.

A criminal charge has been brought against Hunan, who is a Russian citizen. 

He is placed under arrest.

The investigation into this case is completed and sent to the court.
