Patriarchal Locum Tenens, Archbishop Karekin Bekciyan sent a letter to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and minister of internal affairs.

The content of the letter is not reported. It is supposed that Archbishop probably raised the issue of bureaucratic problems over election of a new patriarch, Agos reported.
