YEREVAN. – Even though those at Brussels are hopeful to this day that Yerevan will sign the Armenia-EU framework agreement, they have respective doubts in private conversations, according to Zhamanak (Time) newspaper.

“During closed meetings in Brussels, the Zhamanak reporter learned that the RA [Republic of Armenia] authorities have assured Brussels that Armenia will sign the Framework Agreement on November 24 at 17:00 in the evening, and RA President Serzh Sargsyan will give a special view on joining the Declaration.

“By the way, according to our information, 8 [European] countries have not yet ratified the agreement to be signed with Armenia. At the end of the day yesterday, it became known that Poland has ratified the document,” wrote Zhamanak.
