YEREVAN. – ProWine China - a leading international trade fair for wines and spirits in the Chinese market was held in China from 14 to 16 November. Thirteen factories from Armenia took an active part in the event, Armenian Minister of Agriculture Ignatiy Arakelyan told reporters on November 23 within the international three-day conference "Global Trends and Best Practices in the Wine World: Implications and Recommendations for Armenia”

The director of the Wine Foundation Zara Muradyan noted that Armenian wines were in great demand.

“We had about three hundred different visitors. We have just returned from China, and soon, we will be able to report the results,” said Zara Muradyan, adding that according to their Chinese colleagues, Armenian wines are highly valued in Chinese market.
