YEREVAN.- The agreement with the EU will become nothing if the Armenian authorities do not create the nonexistent justice system, Free Democrats Party  chairman and former PM Khachatur Kokobelyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

"The agreement will be nothing if we do not use it as a basis and we will not try to create a fundamental system of values of human rights, nonexistent justice system in Armenia. This is the most serious opportunity for citizens of Armenia. This will create an opportunity to bring the legislative sphere, business environment and the energy system of Armenia in line with European standards,” Kokobelyan said, noting the possibility of liberalization of visas.

“Armenian citizens will be able to visit Europe without any obstacles and visas in case of proper organization. I want to highlight that this contract, at least, strengthened Armenia’s possibility to use the GSP system. In addition, the document enables exports of more than 6,400 types of goods to EU countries without customs duties,” he said.
