YEREVAN. – Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian is leaving for Minsk on Wednesday to attend the meeting of CSTO foreign ministers.
Ahead of CSTO summit, Minister Nalbandian will attend the joint meeting of CSTO foreign ministers, defense ministers and national security council heads.
