The meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov has kicked off in Vienna, spokesperson of MFA Armenia Tigran Balayan tweeted.

OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stephane Visconti of France, and Andrew Schofer of the USA also participate in the meeting. Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk is also present.
