Seventeen people were injured in 6.2 magnitude earthquake in the Iranian southeastern province of Kerman.

According to the Seismological Center of the Institute of Geophysics of Tehran University, the earthquake hit an area near Hojedk in Kerman Province at 12:13 PM (local time).

On November 12, the province of Kermanshah was hit by a major 7.3-magnitude quake that killed 620 people according to the latest toll.
