STEPANAKERT. – President of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Bako Sahakyan, on Wednesday visited Ukhtadzor village in the Hadrut Region, and attended the opening ceremony of a new community center in this village.

In his remarks at the event, Sahakyan highlighted the strategic nature of programs aimed at the development of rural settlements, and added that the latter will continue to be at the focus of the Artsakh authorities, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
